1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Menubear ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Menubear provides digital menu management, table ordering, reservation management, and related tools for restaurants ("Customers"). Guests access menus via QR codes without creating an account.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Subscription & Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial months.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Service for illegal purposes, to transmit harmful code, or to interfere with other users. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

6. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your restaurant data.

7. Limitation of Liability

Menubear is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
